We welcome the opportunity to come into your organization and train you in a private course. Private courses are for students all residing from the same organization. These courses are generally taught on premise but other accommodations can be made.

Professional Scrum Foundations

The Professional Scrum Foundations (PSF) course is a 2-day course that teaches Scrum in a highly practical way. Working in a series of Sprints, teams of students build a software application, thereby facing real-life problems. The mechanics, roles, principles and (empirical) process of Scrum are demonstrated. Common missteps and misunderstandings are discussed so students grow a higher awareness of their symptoms.

Attending this course will give you a credit to taking the Professional Scrum Master I exam. Upon passing the exam you will receive a PSM I certification.

Professional Scrum Master

The Professional Scrum Master (PSM) course is a 2-day course that covers the principles and (empirical) process theory underpinning the mechanics, rules and roles of the Scrum framework. Advanced tools for servant-leadership are provided to increase a Scrum Master’s effectiveness. These tools relate to behavioral shifts, working with people and teams, coaching and facilitation techniques, and addressing the organization. Like all Scrum.org courses, students learn through instruction and team-based exercises.

Attending this course will give you a credit to taking the Professional Scrum Master I exam. Upon passing the exam you will receive a PSM I certification.

Professional Scrum Product Owner

The Professional Scrum Product Owner™ is a 2-day course that provides the foundational knowledge needed to work with Scrum in a highly practical way. The course is a combination of instruction and team-based exercises where students experience how the Scrum framework improves product development efforts.

Over the 2 days, students will develop and solidify their knowledge of being a Product Owner through instruction and team-based exercises. The breadth of the role’s responsibilities in delivering a successful product will become more clear from an Agile perspective. Metrics are identified to track the creation of value and the successful delivery of the product to the marketplace.

Attending this course will give you a credit to taking the Professional Scrum Product Owner I exam. Upon passing the exam you will receive a PSPO I certification.

Professional Scrum Developer

The Professional Scrum Developer (PSD) course is a 3-day course that teaches how to create great software using the Scrum framework. Working in a series of Sprints, teams of students collaborate, apply modern engineering practices, and use the Scrum framework to cope with changes. They learn how to develop increments of potentially releasable functionality from a realistic Product Backlog.

Attending this course will give you a credit to taking the Professional Scrum Developer I exam. Upon passing the exam you will receive a PSD certification.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Do I get a certification? Attending a class will give you a credit to take an online Scrum.org exam (PSM I or PSD I). To attain a certification, you must pass the exam with a mark of 85% or higher. Both the PSM I and PSD I are online, multiple choice exams with a one hour time-box.
  • Do I get PDUs for attending Scrum.org courses? Students of Scrum.org courses are able to claim 14 PDUs after attending a two-day Professional Scrum Foundations (PSF), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO), or Scaled Professional Scrum (SPS) course and 21 PDUs after attending a three-day Professional Scrum Developer (PSD) course. Please note that PMI PDUs are earned for course attendance and not for passing a Scrum.org assessment. Students can claim PDUs under PMI’s “Education courses provided by other third party providers” category. You can claim your PDUs online at https://ccrs.pmi.org.
